3 Roots of Anxiety
1. Sin
Psalms 32:3 When I kept silent, my bones grew old Through my groaning all day long.
2. Spiritual Roots
Everything natural has its roots in the spirit.
3. Situational
2 Corinthians 1:8 For we do not want you to be ignorant brethren, of our trouble which came to us in Asia; that we were burdened beyond measure, above strength, so that we despaired even of life.
Luke 12:22, 29 Therefore I say to you, do not worry about life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. 29, and do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind.

Psalms 119:11 Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
2. Pursue the Kingdom of God
