Our Communications Director works alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, and early requests help us plan well and give each project the time it needs.
Here’s a quick guide to help you plan ahead:
- Church-Wide Events (Tier 1) – 6–12 months in advance
- Press Release / PSA – 3 months in advance
- Sermon Series – 6–8 weeks in advance
- Print, Web, or Video Materials – 6–8 weeks in advance
- Other Events – 6 weeks in advance
Example: If your event is on July 27 and you want to start promoting it by July 13, it’s best to submit your request by late June. This gives our team time to create what you need without rushing.
